    The room was large with a nice bathroom. We only stayed one night arriving at 11pm. The person at the desk took a long time checking us in for the night.

    Clean, nice room.

    It took too long to check in especially when you are tired from traveling.

    The infinity pool exceeded my expectations. The room was modern and had a great layout for families, allowing kids to enjoy themselves while parents had their own space.     Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with terrace. The staff were very very helpful and made us feel welcome. Location: the hotel was so close to Multi-mall/food court and many restaurants and the airport and the casco viejo.

    The lobby was spacious and perfect for our family, with areas for the kids to play while we enjoyed a moment to relax. Helping us with everything from check-in to our requests. The infinity pool was a huge hit with our children!

    My kids wished there were more dining options, especially after long days. The limited restaurant hours.

    The staff were consistently excellent, remembering our needs and checking in on us throughout our stay. The cleaning staff addressed our requests promptly with a friendly demeanor. The city view from our room was amazing and added a special touch to our visit.

    Aloft was a lovely stay! The infinity pool was awesome and perfect for the kids. Our junior suite had a great layout where the children could play in the living room while we enjoyed some quiet time. The staff was super helpful.

    A suite with a pool surprise

    Our junior suite was spacious and allowed the kids to play while we relaxed. The infinity pool was a good highlight after a long day.

    Disappointingly, the restaurant wasn't open nightly, forcing us to venture out for dinner, which wasn't ideal after a long day of travel.

    great base for exploring parks and attractions in panama city

    I loved that my stay included spacious rooms and a friendly staff that really helped us with local tours. Not to mention, the nearby Omar Torrijos Recreational Park is a perfect spot for a leisurely walk, and it's only about 2 km away. The only downside was that the bar wasn't open every night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

    The stay was pleasant with friendly

    Staff who were always available to help us. The only downside was the noise from the AC unit that disrupted our sleep at times. We had a comfortable experience and would consider returning for another visit to explore more of the area.
